During the times of social distancing, the way we celebrate holidays have changed. That doesn’t mean that you can’t get creative and spend time with those you love the most -- like your closest family and friends.

Have a Cookout in your Backyard -- What’s a holiday without some good food and drinks? Fire up the grill and gather around your family and a few close friends in your backyard. A cookout is the perfect ‘stay at home’ activity that everyone in your household can be a part of. Decorate the yard with fun red, white, and blue fixings.

Decorate Your House -- Speaking of red, white, and blue fixings, turn your home into an Independence Day paradise. Swap out your original home decor with some fun and festive looks. Decorate your bathroom, living room, and kitchen with holiday-themed towels, napkins, even fun coasters to keep you, your family, and guests entertained.

Have a Movie Night -- If you don’t want to partake in the hustle and bustle of the Independence Day holiday, plan a movie night instead. This is something you can do with your family at home or with a few close friends and turn it into a sleepover.
